Survival Spanish in a day

Survival Spanish is a one day crash course intended to give you the basics for communicating with locals and gaining an understanding of the Mexican culture. Our staff has researched points of interest around the city and combined that with conversations with tourists to develop a guide to assist you during your stay in Mexico.

We have included vocabulary and phrases for travelers to use along with model conversations and situations for interactive practice. You will find phrases and vocabulary to use in such places as restaurants, hotels, stores and banks. A mini Spanish/English dictionary is included for further study and adventures on your own. Cultural tips are included as well to explain situations that will be new to you.

Although this course is only one day, our goal is to provide you with a communicative and meaningfully way to learn some basic Spanish. The information included in the guide as well as the information presented by the instructors will give you the skills you need to more fully enjoy your stay in Mexico.
